1Supa Neo
veryone keeps relearning the same boring chores: cancelling a subscription, returning an order, renewing a registration. Each time it's the same hunt for the right menu, the hidden "cancel" link and the retention offer to dodge. Do It Once remembers how you handle them. Teach it once. Record a chore with the Chrome extension, and it becomes a personal skill: plain steps like "Open billing" and "Decline the offer", plus your preferences. It notices when a chore is due. Renewal and return emails land in the agent's own inbox and become cards on your Today screen. You can also just type "get rid of this subscription". You watch it work. It opens a real cloud browser that you can watch live, and follows what worked last time. It stops before anything final and waits for you to approve. It proves the chore is done. It checks the website, saves a screenshot, and shows what you saved ("$228 a year no longer recurring"). It repairs itself. When a website changes, it searches for the new way, finds it on the live page, and saves an updated version of the skill. Built with: Kernel: cloud browsers with a live view. Neon: the brain's memory. Postgres stores skills, runs and proof; pgvector finds the right skill from any wording; Neon's AI Gateway runs the models. Mastra: a workflow that pauses for your approval and survives restarts. Assistant UI: the chat. AgentMail: the agent's own inbox. Exa: looks up how a changed website works now. Fly.io: hosts the app and demo site; a Fly Sprite gives the agent a persistent workspace for labels, receipts and statements. Executor: calendar actions, like a reminder for the return drop-off.
